This has been a long time coming. I’ve been thinking about this for over a year, and I kept resisting. It just seemed like “one more thing to do.” Also, I confess, I was intimidated by the technology! I spent two days just reading Word Press tutorials on how to set it up. Finally, I begged my web master, Daniel Payne of Tualatin Web to do it for me. Thank you Daniel! You made it so easy.

There’s a lot planned for this blog, but it’s going to take me time to figure out how to do it all. I’ll be adding Resources, great links, maybe even some photos. The possibilities are endless.

I plan to write about a broad spectrum of subjects, but as you know, my big focus is on the eternal government regulations that affect those of us in the dietary supplement/natural products arena.

I want to build a community here. Your comments are welcome, as long as they are in good taste and courteous. Express your opinions, ask questions, tell some late-breaking news we might have missed.
